When you purchase a digital planner or notebook, sometimes it's not fully set up right away. For example, Kaliora Digitals planners and notebooks come with one of each layout/template so you can use just what you need without slowing down your device due to a large file size.
These planners and notebooks allow you to use ONLY the pages you need and ignore or delete the ones you don't need without messing up your links. In order to make these work for you, it is essential to know how to duplicate these pages and how to move them to where you need them.
After you have imported your planner into Goodnotes and opened it up, there are two options at the top of the screen that will allow you to add pages to your planner, but first, you need to copy the page you want to duplicate.
To copy your current page, click the three dots at the top-right of your screen to pull down a menu. From here, you can select "Copy Page".
After copying your current page, you can then insert it before or after a page of your choosing by going to that page, and hitting the "Add Page" icon in the top-right corner, and then selecting "Paste Page".
While that is the easiest way to add a page, you can also add a page from the thumbnails tab in the top-left corner.
Once you click the thumbnails, you will see all your pages side-by-side, and you can scroll up and down to view more pages. At the end of your thumbnails, you will see a plus sign that will allow you to add a page here as well.
This is also the screen where you can easily drag-and-drop pages by pressing and holding the page you want to move. Just press and hold a page for about 2 seconds and then you will be able to move it to a different location. Just be careful that it is a duplicate page and not the original because then you will run into some risks of breaking links depending on how the planner was made.
